Toy falls apart. Harness does not stay attatched. Carriage is difficult to close when doll is inside. My daughter can't touch it without everything falling off. Terrible construction.

This toy was an absolute disaster. It fell apart instantly and the doll hardly can fit inside the carriage. I almost threw it out! Do not buy this poorly constructed version of a toy.

I do agree with the criticisms levelled at this toy by other reviewers. The horse absolutely does not attach to the carriage in any way that can actually be played with and the harness is flimsy and will break. The carriage does not close easily with the doll inside. My daughter has had two of the dolls (lost one and got a replacement) and the hair popped off very soon on each; but a little bit of crazy glue fixed this with little effort.
All that being said, my daughter absolutely loves this toy and has played with it regularly for nearly two years now. All of the interchangeable dresses have lasted and she can still play with it all and does frequently. If your child likes Disney Princesses you may find that they love it as much as my child does despite its design flaws. I don't think we have ever owned a toy that got so much play time per dollar than my daughter's "Favorite Moments" disney princess miniature doll collection.
One thing to note: the version of this toy displayed on this site is *NOT* the same as the newer version of the Disney sleeping beauty princess toy for sale in retail now. They have redesigned the face of the doll and it looks horrible now; almost like it's a cheap knock-off of the one that is displayed here. I get the feeling that Disney didn't feel that they were making enough money selling cheap plastic for $20 and went with a lower cost supplier who can only make ugly dolls.
My verdict: this toy does have all of the design flaws others have mentioned but your child may love dearly anyway, and for me that's all that matters.

This is very expensive cheap plastic crap. The horse does not stay attached, the carriage does not close, and the whole operation is extremely flimsy. I am disappointed, and will not buy another thing from the Disney princess line.

"Mrs. Money"
This is the second version of Sleeping Beauty I have bought for my daughter. The first one was an individual sale. Her head popped off and we couldn't reattach it successfully. Then I bought her the extended set of Sleeping Beauty. Her head popped off again tonight. I have all the other Disney Princess's and they are fine. Sleeping Beauty continuously loses her head. My daughter is frustrated and so am I.
