Great Birthday GiftSep 01, 2010 We have purchased this item 2 times and given as birthday gifts. They are a huge hit with the birthday girl and my daughter is asking when it is her turn for one of her friends to buy this for her birthday! LOL
Would purchase this again and again, great gift for the price and brings a smile to a child's face every time!
Typical polly pocketFeb 25, 2010 This is a typical polly pocket toy with a lot of small pieces. My daughter enjoyed it for one day and then half of the pieces got lost. Overall it is a cute toy if you can keep the pieces together.

we showed her a selection here and she chose the mermaid (she loves the water) - and when it arrived it's as-advertised! she LOVES it!
toy looks well made and durable, joints look flimsy but have stood up to my large fatherly hands helping take some of the clothes off the doll (in a perfectly helpful and non-perverse way of course)
i personally don't like the texture of the glitter laminate but otherwise it's a winner!
Hours of pretend playDec 08, 2009 Recently purchased this Polly Pocket set along with the Shimmer n Splash Adventure set for my 5 year old daugher...who loves water play. I just fill the set with a little water and she has hours of pretend play with the dolls and sea animals. Great purchase!
